WORKING FOREMAN

We are seeking a Working Foreman to join our team. You will oversee the activities of production workers for a foundation contractor, with duties that include driving heavy vehicles, operation of equipment, following plans, accurately setting string lines, excavation, basic carpentry for forming & concrete work.  Compensation starting at $25/hr with rapid rise given evidence of ability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating daily activities of 6-10 employees.

• Delegating production assignments to appropriate personnel.

• Placing orders with suppliers.

• Adhering to all safety policies and procedures (OSHA)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Verifiable previous experience in Basic Carpentry and Concrete work.

• Knowledge of production tools & equipment, be physically able to lift 94 lbs.

• Clear traffic abstract & able to pass physical to drive heavy vehicles.

• Strong Leadership qualities.

• Excellent communication skills.

SKILLED LABOR

Compensation starting at $15/hr with rapid rise given evidence of ability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic carpentry & knowledge of concrete production.

• Not afraid of hard work.

• Be able to take direction and carry out tasks/ be a team player.
